Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume and value target through Company sales force, distributors Monitoring and ensuring lifting according to plan.
∎ Communicate with SR and prepare daily attendance report.
∎ Maintain daily tour plan.
∎ Sales and stocks register check and prepare report.
∎ Ensuring product delivery regularly, according sales order.
∎ Prepare daily sales report.
∎ Motivating the Distributors & Sales Personnel.
∎ Creating strong Distribution Channel.
∎ Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) Sales experience at Corporate Sector under Plastic Industry
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer.
Salary: Negotiable
