Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cooking Gadget,cooking pan,maker,iron,blender and more then 30 products-mostly imported from china,Thailand
∎ Sales Executive have to sell with target
∎ Sales man do his marketing operation as per reporting Boss of the company
∎ He has to identify the target shop and department store to push the sales
∎ Sales Representative have to fill up her personal target and help team leader to achieve overall target
∎ You should have good attitude to convince the customer to buy products
∎ sales man have to regularly visit retail shop,wholeseller etc
∎ Regularly he will submit new products to customer
∎ New customer creation and make good relation
∎ As per company demand,everyday sales man will give head office
∎ #Important Note:
∎ Sales man will collect visiting card from customer and send it to marketing reporting boss for followup the customer from office
∎ Have to mentality to work as team sprit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ if you are good sales man and confidence to deal with customer in that case,any one is suitable for this post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ # sales officer salary basic-13000/=Tk and TaDa=7000/= and total salary 20000/= Taka in this case monthly sales target (1,50,000) one lakh fifty thousand taka .also have comission facility over target sales
#Sales Representative salary 10000/= Taka and TaDa 6500/= Total combined salary 16500/= and sales target(120,000) one lakh twenty thousand taka and have extra comission over sales target

∎ After selection,the sales man will be given sales training as per company policy
∎ sales man will be given the visiting card,products sample,catalog,diary with condition
