Banking, Business Development, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Credit, Credit Risk Analysis, Marketing, Project proposal writing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Banks, Consulting Firms, Credit Rating Agency, Financial Consultants, Insurance, Market Research Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting Banks, Non-Banking Financial Institutions & Companies to promote our services and spread our Brand Name.
∎ Visiting several projects inside & outside the country to collect Operation data to prepare a project Feasibility study.
∎ Collect and Store all documents Hard & Soft Copies & deliver them to the Financial analyst team.
∎ Receive Queries from Financial Team and satisfy those taking authentic information from Clients.
∎ Verifying clients Data and ensuring its authenticity.
∎ Making Valuation of Projects and Identifying purposes of Finance.
∎ Fixing important meetings with clients and Management every week.
∎ Maintaining Different Register Books of visit, Clients, Potentials.
∎ Report real-time location along with still images to several Whatsapp groups.
∎ Preparing weekly plans and reports every Saturday.
∎ Uploading Photos and Posts on Facebook page & Videos in YouTube.
∎ Prepare Excel Reports for Management & Finance Team and offer letters for clients and store them in the right place at the right time.
∎ Maintain and store separate files for each individual client.
∎ Develop strategies for growth by identifying and exploring gaps in the market and discovering new cohorts to generate demand maintaining optimal spend
∎ Design and implement optimal spend strategy (both demand and supply) based on demand projection and deliver on steep targets to ensure the business is operating at an optimal net-inflow
∎ Improve revenue streams and maintain targeted positive gross margin
∎ Provide data-driven consultation on new projects and initiatives
∎ Build automated dashboards and queries
∎ team to make important decisions by identifying various facts and trends
∎ Work with cross-functional teams and build dashboards for them to improve operational efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Sound Knowledge over Accounting Statements, Ratios.
∎ Positive Attitude.
∎ Sound Knowledge over Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Power Point.
∎ Candidates having Motor Bikes, Proper Documents & Driving License will get preference.
∎ Good in analyzing data to create insight into business
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
