Responsibilities & Context:
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads (F-commerce owners, retail shops, SMEs) through social media research, cold calling, and market networking.

  • Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients to introduce our software solutions and schedule in-person or virtual meetings.

  • Physically visit client locations (shops, showrooms, corporate offices) to conduct face-to-face sales pitches and analyze their business needs.

  • Perform engaging, hands-on demonstrations of the software, clearly explaining how features like POS, Inventory Management, and Website integration solve their specific pain points.

  • Translate technical concepts (Domain, Hosting, API) into simple business benefits that non-technical business owners can easily understand.

  • Prepare professional price quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling higher-tier packages.

  • Keep an organized record of daily activities, client feedback, and lead status in the company’s CRM or reporting system.

  • Assist the technical team during the initial onboarding phase to ensure a smooth handover and successful software adoption by the client.
