∎ 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing; experience in the elevator or construction sector is preferred.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical customers.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital marketing tools.
∎ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
∎ Qualifications & Skills:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
∎ Conduct site visits and meetings to assess customer needs and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
∎ Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations with support from the technical and estimation teams.
∎ Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with senior management.
∎ Marketing Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
∎ Execute promotional activities such as campaigns, product presentations, and participation in trade fairs or expos.
