Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Expert in marketing and selling pharmaceutical laboratory instruments, analytical balances, precision and industrial scales, and moisture analyzers.
  • Skilled in promoting and demonstrating industrial batch printing solutions, including Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) and Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printers for product coding, marking, logos, and traceability.
  • Strong understanding of heating instruments (hot plates, ovens, incubators) and drug analysis systems, such as HPLC columns, dissolution testers, disintegration testers (DT), and friability testers.
  • Experienced in client relationship management, business development, and achieving sales and marketing targets across pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in technical understanding of analytical instruments, weighing systems, and process machineries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of industrial automation, analytical technologies, and printing systems.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering reliable solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Capable of independent fieldwork, preparing technical quotations, and coordinating with service teams for smooth project execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with clients across pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
  • Having a strong interest in learning about industrial laboratory instruments, equipment, and production process machineries.
  • Having core knowledge of analytical, precision, semi-micro, micro, and ultra-micro balances, industrial scales, and moisture analyzers, as well as various heating instruments such as hot plates, ovens, and incubators.
  • Experienced with drug analysis systems, including dissolution testers, disintegration testers (DT), friability testers, and HPLC columns.
  • Skilled in industrial image printing technologies, particularly CIJ (Continuous Inkjet) and TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) printing solutions, along with industrial image printing systems for product coding, marking, logos, and traceability.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct daily client and market visits, generate new leads, and build relationships in target industries.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Present product demonstrations and provide technical support when required.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for product delivery and after-sales support.
  • Gather market intelligence — competitor analysis, customer feedback, and pricing updates.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
