Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives.
∎ Set sales quotas, create sales plans, and monitor the sales team's performance.
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligning with the Mission and Vision of the Management of Sadia Travels.
∎ This includes market research, target audience analysis, and positioning strategies.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing teams.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
∎ Plan and manage the sales and marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for different marketing channels and sales initiatives.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to create awareness and demand for the product or service.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. Use this information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to evaluate performance against targets.

∎ Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Quick respond to Clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Make sure for 40% travel to in bound or outbound operations.
