∎ Biswas Tours & Travels is a startup travel agency partnered with Metalink International (Dubai).
∎ Our main services are Air ticketing & Hotel booking, Tourist/Business visa processing, investor/immigration visa processing, UAE Business consultancy, International medical visa processing.
∎ Biswas Tours & Travels is looking for eligible and deserving candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
∎ Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives.
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligning with the Mission and Vision of the Management of Sadia Travels.
∎ Plan and manage the sales and marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for different marketing channels and sales initiatives.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to create awareness and demand for the product or service.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. Use this information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Develop sales and marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales efforts.
∎ Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a pleasing personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
∎ Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers.
∎ Make calls & visit to enhance new client base.
∎ Attend prospective walk-in clients; give quotation with consultation of Sales/Service departments.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement & Provide complete travel service solutions to clients.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 28 to 45 years
