Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consult with clients regarding travel services like visa / air tickets, tour packages.Communicate with clients to provide travel services.Respond to clients via online & offline channels on time.Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package.Keep sales records & report sales information.Any other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by the administration.Try to achieve sales targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
