∎ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic personality to lead our Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Workplace: Work with Field force in field.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, but needs to travel throughout the country for dealers point visit as when required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
∎ Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force and dealer points
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses
∎ Plan and devise effective trade marketing and other promotional campaigns
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority
∎ Manage dealer and Depoe all over Bangladesh

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales
∎ Must be able to set-up Sales Team immediately
∎ Must be energetic and passionate towards sales
∎ Must have experience of working in national dealer sales
∎ Must have excellent leadership skills

Salary: Negotiable
