Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales, revenue targets and expand market share.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including existing markets, new markets, customers, and partnerships.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, sales team and Management.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
∎ The Cement Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the cement and construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and excellent leadership skills.
