Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with senior management and procurement department of buyer companies to pro-actively schedule sales calls, make sales pitches, and close sales deals for raw Cotton
∎ Drive revenue growth of the company by building a sustainable professional relationship with key stakeholder groups from buyers and generate regular sales volume
∎ Collaborate with functional and trading teams to develop new customers in the assigned geography, growing the business to achieve revenue objectives
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Ensure proper understanding and compliance of the regulations applicable to each transaction
∎ Handle complex administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
∎ Perform routine analysis on final, and in process, products. Guarantees finished products meet required specifications prior to releasing shipments
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ -Any Graduates with 3-5 years of work relevant experience
∎ -Should be in a customer-facing role - working closely with CXO level and established strong relationships.
∎ -Comprehensive understanding of the assigned geography's financial business landscape and the corresponding business risks.
∎ -Good existing relationship with major Spinning Mills in Bangladesh
