Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving Sales Targets:Meeting and exceeding established sales quotas and revenue goals.
∎ Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying and pursuing new customer leads and opportunities for raw material sales.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies:This includes identifying target customers, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to meet those needs.·
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships:This involves regular communication, understanding customer requirements, and resolving any issues that may arise. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and customers.
∎ Negotiate and close deals:This includes finalizing sales agreements, terms, and conditions with customers.
∎ Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery:This involves coordinating with logistics and production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and within budget.
∎ Provide technical support to customers:This involves answering technical questions, providing product information, and assisting with any technical issues that may arise.
∎ Assist in the development of new products and applications:This includes providing input on product development, new formulations, and identifying new applications for existing products.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and regulations:This includes keeping abreast of new technologies, market changes, and regulatory requirements.·
∎ Sales Reports:Preparing regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
∎ Sales Forecasting:Developing accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis and customer demand.
∎ Market Research: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
∎ Work with other departments: This includes collaborating with marketing and PMD team to ensure smooth query handling and sourcing.
