Sales Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing nationwide sales team.
Customer Acquisition: Drive lead generation and onboarding of B2B wholesalers, retailers, and institutions.
Market Activation: Visit key markets, activate reseller networks, and ensure market visibility.
Process Design: Develop sales SOPs, CRM discipline, and pricing strategies.
Conflict Resolution: Ensure fair pricing and healthy channel dynamics to prevent direct-vs-B2B conflicts.
Storytelling & Positioning: Lead the narrative on Oxford vs. polyester — highlighting comfort, health, and durability.
Data & Reporting: Build and maintain a territory-wise database with reporting dashboards.
Digital Integration: Coordinate with marketing to execute and track campaign performance.

🎯 Your Mission
This is not a typical “sales manager” job — this is a mission-critical leadership role. You will build our entire sales & growth ecosystem from the ground up and drive market expansion across Bangladesh.
Your mission includes:
Build, train, and lead a high-performance nationwide sales team from zero.
Acquire 50+ new B2B customers within the first 3 months (wholesalers, retailers, schools).
Design and implement a complete sales process, pricing model, and customer retention system.
Lead market expansion in all 64 districts through tailor-shop and institutional partnerships.
Solve the direct vs. B2B pricing conflict through smart channel strategy.
Drive value-based storytelling around our fabrics (health, comfort, skin safety).
Launch and optimize low-budget, ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns.
