Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while seeking out new business opportunities.
∎ Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively selling travel packages, tours, and services.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations to effectively inform and advise clients.
∎ Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and packages with suppliers and clients to secure the best deals.
∎ Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
∎ Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the agency and establish connections.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
∎ Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with legal and company policies.
