Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Understanding customer's needs clearly & completely and provides information on our product features, benefits, and application in detail.
∎ Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally
∎ Daily sales report/work report have to submit to the Boss
∎ Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunities by generating leads
∎ Reaching out to new customers and prepare presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of company's product/services.
∎ Promoting the company's products/services addressing or understanding clients' requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Software sales & marketing; Customer Service, Digital Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IT and ITES Enabled Service, Telecommunication and ISP.
∎ Must be able to Travel in all over Bangladesh.
