Responsibilities & Context:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products according to their needs
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and ongoing promotions
Maintain proper product display, folding, and overall store cleanliness
Support daily sales activities and help achieve store sales targets
Handle billing/cash counter duties when required
Assist in stock checking, tagging, and inventory arrangement
Ensure excellent customer service and handle basic customer queries politely
Follow company policies and store guidelines at all times
