∎ Sales executives in retail clothing stores have a specialized set of responsibilities that focus on driving in-store sales, enhancing customer experience, and supporting store operations. Here’s an overview of their key responsibilities on PFF Premium. • Engaging Customers: Welcoming customers to the store, offering assistance, and guiding them through the product range.• Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about fabrics, fits, sizes, and styles to help customers make informed decisions.• Upselling and Cross-selling: Recommending complementary items, accessories, or ongoing promotions to boost overall sales.• Visual Merchandising: Ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. This includes managing window displays and mannequins.• Stock Organization: Maintaining the proper organization of stock, ensuring items are displayed neatly, sizes are available, and the store is well-stocked.• Restocking Shelves: Monitoring inventory levels on the floor and restocking as needed.•Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting low stock to management.
∎ •Product Replenishment: Ensuring timely replenishment of sold-out or fast-moving items.
