• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT, Web, and Digital Marketing services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

• Conduct market research to identify client needs and emerging trends

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets

• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM or relevant tools

• Attend networking events, client meetings, and online platforms (like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to generate leads

• Provide post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership
