Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.·
∎ Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
∎ Educate customers on product features and benefits.
∎ Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and concerns effectively.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ The candidate will be required to visit the market frequently
∎ Demonstrate a results-driven approach by setting and achieving sales targets, taking initiative in identifying new business opportunities, and taking ownership of tasks and projects to ensure successful outcomes
∎ Understand and articulate the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
∎ Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all tasks, contributing positively to the company's success and fostering a dynamic work environment
