Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule sales team meetings, customer meetings, and conferences.
∎ Compile daily sales status of sales leads and provide sales data to the sales head for further action.
∎ Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments follow up with customers about their sales, payment & dues, etc.
∎ Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff members, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
∎ Analyze sales trends and liaison with the sales head to develop strategies to increase sales.
∎ Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for account statuses, and other problems.
∎ Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
∎ Support sales head in his day-to-day operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Advanced level in MS Excel & PowerPoint
