∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Sales reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
∎ Identify and solve market-related problems.
∎ Appoint new distributors & keep good relations with them also with retailers.
∎ Monitor & control the activities of Distributors.
∎ Ensure realization of transactions against daily, weekly and monthly sales.
∎ Responding to customer complaints with manageable manners
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
∎ Organizing promotional events, arranging Training and motivating sales staff
∎ Administering the entire Sales & Marketing of the company during scheduled shifts.
∎ Plan, organize, lead, monitor and control team members of outlets to achieve SALES target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Food and beverages service course from "Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation" will get advantage
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sales & Marketing, Sales Management and Distribution
