Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAM) and oversee related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and offer tailored ERP software solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and managing the company’s digital presence.
