Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAM) and oversee related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and offer tailored ERP software solutions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
∎ Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
∎ Track sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
∎ Assist in developing marketing campaigns and managing the company’s digital presence.
