Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workforce planning and Employment (recruitment and selection).
∎ Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
∎ Employee Lifecycle Management
∎ Performing Human Resource Development (training & development).
∎ Formulating Total Rewards (compensation & benefits).
∎ Policy Formulation & Maintaining Employee and Labor Relations.
∎ Planning the Employee Performance Improvement.
∎ Implementing Modern Methods of Performance Appraisal.
∎ Personnel Record Keeping.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
∎ Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws.
∎ Perform any other duties as instructed by the senior manager.

∎ Age 29 to 40 years
