Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures for the final inspection process to ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety and environmental standards.
∎ Manage and lead a team of inspectors, and provide training and guidance as needed to ensure that they perform their duties accurately and efficiently.
∎ Develop and maintain accurate records of all quality control checks and inspection results, and ensure that these records are easily accessible to the relevant parties.
∎ Ensure that inspection equipment is properly calibrated and in good working order, and work with the maintenance team to ensure that it is regularly serviced and maintained.
∎ Review inspection reports to identify patterns of defects or issues, and work with the production team to address any recurring problems.
∎ Work with the production team to ensure that products are produced according to customer specifications and delivered on time.
∎ Continuously seek to improve the inspection process, including identifying and implementing new technologies, techniques, and procedures to enhance the quality of the products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with quality control procedures and industry regulations.
∎ Experience managing a team of inspectors or technicians.
∎ Proficiency in the use of measuring devices, gauges, and testing equipment.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
