Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electronics & communications Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact, instruct, monitor & communicate frequently during project lifecycle to get the required output.
∎ Interact, discuss, escalate, take buy in, follow up, suggest, coordinate within management & communicate frequently with the project steering committees from different cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, collect or furnish necessary information and ensure the mutual alignment of project sponsors.
∎ Manage assigned 3G Expansion projects by contributing with its Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing and also share knowledge and facilitate decision making in relevant areas of the project i.e. Project Scope Management, Project Schedule Management, Project Quality Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management and project Stakeholder Management.
∎ Manage project reporting and activities, such as preparing/delivering status reports; Work closely with cross functional departments (NW Infrastructure:
∎ Engineering Design, Installation, and Field Service, Site Acquisition).
∎ Track and follow up other stakeholders (RNPO, Site & lease Management & Power, Operation) to get site relocation planning, site readiness info; Follow up of work order from BSSP, RNPO and Transport Network team.
∎ Support stakeholders for yearly budget preparation as per Business Plan during Budget exercise.
∎ Highlight the Technical Risk and Milestone for Progress Measurement for the Approved Budget
∎ Provide relevant inputs for support development of Budget Risk Mitigation Plan and also for CapEx & OpEx Control as per Operational Excellence directives from Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 Years of experience in a relevant field
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ Sound knowledge of Telecom, Rollout activities, Optimization, Transmission & power Technology
∎ Thorough knowledge on installation & commissioning of Telecom, power equipment
∎ Outstanding knowledge on Project Management
∎ Basic knowledge on budget and business operations
∎ Thorough knowledge of geography of Bangladesh
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ Telecom and IT
∎ What is expected of this position
∎ Able to handle 200 sites Rollout in a month
∎ Negotiation skill in Multi stakeholder's scenario
∎ Adaptation of Agile and PMI standards
∎ Business case preparation for a complex project
