Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products/Marketing strategy to promote them with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of the Bank and so on.
∎ Achieve sales target of Corporate Liability/Deposit.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Enhance deposit base of the Bank to support Bank's lending growth and improve deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies specially the Public Sector Deposits.
∎ Develop a corporate liability strategy and execute it.
∎ Solicit New to Bank (NTB) relationships, as well as to manage an assigned portfolio with existing (non- borrowing) commercial clients, to retain & grow their banking relationships in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.
∎ Achieve the assigned sales targets on Liabilities.
∎ Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
∎ Make regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes. Such visits to be recorded by way of call reports which are to include all pertinent information in a timely manner.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by Management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership Skill
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
∎ Strong ethics and reliability
∎ Strict adherence to AML / Compliance, and Central Bank Guidelines in line with the banks policy.
∎ Candidates with extra ordinary educational/professional qualification may apply with less experience.
