Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To identify new opportunity/potential in the market to expand/sustain corporate business.
∎ Negotiate with customers regarding booking of business, ensuring adequate credit information is available, structuring, pricing within the authority levels, credit related issues, and ensure utilization of credit line.
∎ Ensure completion of documentation formalities as approved by CRM and guided by Credit Administration Department.
∎ Identify the business risk and other environmental risks of the clients.
∎ Do wallet-sizing exercise of clients to ensure that has the best business of the client (profitability and risk wise).
∎ Monitor past dues and ensure adjustment within specific time allowed by the management.
∎ To capitalize on cross-sell opportunities like structured finance, cash management, supply chain finance and other department’s products of the Bank.
∎ Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target in driving sales. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan and strictly follow the prepared plan.
∎ Originate CMS/ Trade Processing/ FX Transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital Companies, local IT firms and MNC subsidiaries.
∎ Ensure service excellence, day to day ad sales operations like negotiation, sales close, team management etc.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by Management.
