Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in reputed banks/FIs, with at least 02 years in Export & Import/ Buying House, Corporate Banking
∎ Strong knowledge of banking /Corporate products and compliance
∎ Sound understanding of banking operations and processes, along with excellent knowledge of credit policies and procedures
∎ Experience working in a centralized, real-time online banking environment is an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relations, team-building, and people management skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Acquire new clients, especially exporters/importers, to help achieve the Corporate Business Division's annual business targets as set by the management
∎ Prepare Call Reports, Credit Memos and ensure timely submission to the management
∎ Analyze and develop financial models for both prospective and existing clients, providing recommendations for credit approval
∎ Book new Buying House clients and efficiently manage relationships with existing clients
∎ Demonstrate sound knowledge of international regulatory frameworks including UCPDC, URR, URC, and UN Sanction Regulations
∎ Analyze buyers and factories, manage shipment schedules, expiries, amendments, LC or contract advising, and payment collection methods
∎ Ensure proper documentation and disbursement in accordance with approved terms
∎ Monitor and follow up on corporate clients' export/import transactions to ensure sustainable business growth
∎ Conduct regular visits to clients' business premises, factories, and collaterals
∎ Monitor past-due/overdue exposures and follow up for timely adjustments
∎ Escalate material issues to superiors and relevant departments as necessary
∎ Candidates with experience working in the Foreign Exchange Department will be given preference
