Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university having no 3rd class in his / her academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect data and information relating to credit risks, market risks, liquidity risks etc. from the BankUltimus System and from relevant divisions/unit and or Branches of the bank.
∎ To calculate the capital to risk weighted asset ratio (CRAR), according to the calculation formula specified in the RBCA Guidelines issues by BB.
∎ To prepare stress testing report and submitting to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To prepare quarterly memorandum on Risk Management Report (RMR), Capital Adequacy Statement, and Stress Testing Report for Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors.
∎ 5. To determine and monitor risk appetite of the Bank according to the business strategy of the Bank.
∎ To Coordinate with ICCD to comply the observations of Bangladesh Bank inspection team.
∎ Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years' Banking experience including at least 2 years' in Risk Management/Credit/Foreign Exchange.
∎ Candidates having Masters in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics or MBA in Finance /Marketing / Accounting / MIS / Banking will get preference.
∎ Advanced user of MS Access & Excel (compulsory) and or Database administrator (preferable).
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
