Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferably from a renowned university

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously to ensure responses are accurate, professional and are submitted by the required deadlines. Review complex solicitation documents to identify tasks/requirements and determine the most effective response approach/structure for a compliant response. Act as a knowledgeable resource providing solicitation/proposal process related expertise.
∎ Work collaboratively with Sales / Account and other departments across the company to tailor responses to address prospect’s requirements and objectives
∎ Develop a project timeline to track and ensure deadlines/milestones are met.
∎ Write and edit proposal responses for content, grammar, style, formatting, adherence to proposal requirements and accuracy with internal company policies. Apply edits/changes to master proposal document and maintain version control across each successive proposal draft, up through and including final submission.
∎ Obtain or create required attachments and/or supplemental documents for RFP responses.
∎ Reviewing proposals and presentations to ensure compliance with company protocols and standards
∎ Preparing proposals, presentations, and other documents that are used to communicate with clients or other members of the business community
∎ Working with clients to identify business needs and goals, and creating proposals that meet those needs while also showcasing the firm’s capabilities
∎ Coordinating with members of the sales team to ensure that proposals are presented effectively
∎ Reviewing client needs to determine which services are required and which are optional
∎ Following up with clients after proposals are delivered to ensure that the client has received and approved them
∎ Developing budgets for proposals based on client needs and requirements
∎ Coordinating with vendors and other outside parties to ensure that all materials are created in a timely fashion and meet their high standards for quality
∎ Coordinating with the client throughout the proposal process to ensure that all of the client’s needs are met
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in English. Must be able to communicate articulately and clearly to individuals at all levels of authority, both within and outside the company. Excellent verbal communications and writing skills are essential.
∎ Exposure to work in fields such as business analysis, presales, requirement analysis, software sales, solution design, project management, pre bid engineering, or high technology marketing.
∎ Experience in developing project proposals, RFP responses, project management plans, white papers, or research papers is also preferred.
∎ Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with many inbound requests.
∎ Have very high level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite; excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to work in large multi-disciplined teams and work long hours for sustained periods of time, frequently in off-shore locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Project Management would be a plus.
∎ Strong technical knowledge and analytical rigor are desired, as work involves constant collaboration with engineers.
∎ Finance and Accounting knowledge based on project budgeting, import, and operations is a plus.
∎ Prefer challenges that involve communication, are people-oriented, promote networking and socializing, and include roles that call for imagination.
∎ Eager to take challenges and can excel in a start-up type of environment.
∎ Strong ability to comprehend structure and negotiate simple business partnerships.
∎ Requirement Analysis experience within a software company is a bonus.
∎ Good understanding of media / design applications is a plus.
