Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunication or ICT industry
Experience in RF Planning & Optimization or operation experience in telecommunication network will be an advantage.
Knowledge on telecommunication network architecture; familiar with the concept and application knowledge of 3GPP
Familiar with radio propagation theory.
Familiar with radio network planning and optimization solutions for GSM/ WCDMA/ CDMA/ LTE/ NR networks.
Understand basic TCP/IP concept; understand the working principles of OSPF, VRRP protocols; understand the working principle of switches/routers/firewall.
Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
Able to interact well with junior-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
Able to work well in a team, and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for network planning & optimization tasks of a complex product, complete the network planning & optimization based on the SOP requirements / under instruction for RF delivery projects globally;
Resolve complex technical problems during planning and optimization through accurate problem analysis and location.
Effectively communicate with medium/high-level customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progresses and ensure customer satisfaction so that are no valid complaints from internal and external customers.
