Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.At least 3 years of network optimization/ planning experience in international large-scale projects for Huawei.
∎ 2.Proficient in the network planning skills of RAN/ TX etc.
∎ 3.Proficient knowledge with traffic prediction/ traffic model analysis.
∎ 4.High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
∎ 5.Strong communication skills, team player.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead the E2E capacity management, include capacity evaluation criteria confirmation with operator/keep optimizing the capacity evaluation criteria according to network traffic model / daily capacity monitor report preparation and publish etc.
∎ 2.Export the monthly/ quarterly expansion proposal, considering and collecting all inputs include capacity management/ traffic prediction/ VIP complain/ DT weak coverage analysis etc.
∎ 3.Responsible for the expansion proposal negotiation with operator, ensure high priority expansion sites/ links/ core NEs are aligned with operator’s team, expansion plan and execution can fulfill performance team’s requirement.
∎ 4.Conduct the network traffic/ SAU prediction, align the input and output for network prediction task with operator.
