KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RF Network Optimization:
Perform RF performance analysis and optimization across 2G/3G/4G LTE/5G networks
Conduct RF performance analysis including coverage, capacity, quality, and interference assessment
Tune and optimize network parameters such as handover, power control, RACH, and neighbor relations
Identify root causes of network degradation and recommend corrective actions
Execute cluster and single-site verification (SSV) optimization activities
Logfile Analysis:
Process and analyze network log files and traces using tools such as TEMS Discovery, Nemo Analyze, MapInfo, or similar post-processing platforms
Perform KPI extraction and analysis from network management systems (NMS/OMC)
Identify network issues through log data, including drop calls, weak coverage, and interference
Correlate field measurements with network statistics to validate optimization results
Report Generation & Review;
Prepare detailed technical reports including optimization summaries, KPI dashboards, and before/after analysis
Generate weekly, monthly, and milestone-based progress reports as per customer requirements
Review and validate reports submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all reports comply with contractual templates, formatting standards, and submission deadlines
Maintain accurate documentation of all optimization activities, parameter changes, and findings
Subcontractor & Customer Communication:
Act as the primary technical point of contact between subcontractors (subcon) and the end customer
Coordinate field activities and schedules with subcon teams to ensure timely delivery
Attend technical review meetings, present findings, and respond to customer queries
Track open issues, action items, and follow-ups from both subcons and customer stakeholders
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or project management when required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Professional Engineering license is an advantage but not required
Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on RF optimization experience in a live network environment
Proven experience working with at least two of the following technologies: 2G, 3G UMTS, 4G LTE, 5G NR
Demonstrated experience producing client-facing technical reports and documentation
Previous exposure to subcontractor management or coordination is strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in post-processing and analysis tools: TEMS Discovery, Nemo Analyze, MapInfo, or equivalent
Familiarity with OMC/NMS platforms (Ericsson OSS, Nokia NetAct, Huawei U2000, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of RF planning principles, link budgets, and propagation models
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, VBA, Macro) is an advantage
Ability to develop custom tools, scripts, or automation workflows for log analysis, report generation, or data processing is a strong advantage
Knowledge and experience with ZTE WNG (Wireless Network Guardian) — ZTE's cloud-based automated test and report generation platform — is an advantage

Accuracy and completeness of submitted logfile analysis and network reports
Improvement in network KPIs (CSSR, DCR, HOSR, RSRP/SINR coverage, throughput) post-optimization
Subcontractor compliance with schedules and quality standards
Customer satisfaction scores and feedback on technical communication
