Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in business process changes that may affect the company's ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product rollouts, etc.).
∎ Continuously work to understand and mitigate revenue losses to ensure the optimum levels of revenue recognition. Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends relating to revenue assurance best practices.
∎ Proactive business partnering with Marketing, Technology, and Commercial teams to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage.
∎ Coach and mentor a team of supervisors and professionals; direct and monitor established controls to minimize risks relating to revenue, financial, operational, brand, legal, and regulatory non-compliance.
∎ Support internal, and external audits over Revenue Assurance and keep the company risk free from audit findings.
∎ Identify customer pain points through analysis of different revenue streams and drive for the solution.
∎ Ensure 100% accurate revenue recognition in Financial reporting through controls and manage timely publication of daily executive level reporting.
∎ Understand results and trends, and provide analysis that allows leadership teams to make business decisions.
∎ Manage proper documentation of business assurance functions and processes and prepare control descriptions for each control including E2E control execution, monitoring, and analysis.
∎ Ensure regular prioritization of all identified RA operational processes to cover revenue leakages throughout the business.
∎ Support team development and deliver a targeted personal development program to support the future strategy of the function
∎ Champion a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Knowledge and experience of all facts of revenue assurance covering key principles related to controls for network components, IT systems, business processes, reconciliations, financial performance, and reporting.
∎ A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
∎ Details knowledge of echo system partners' solutions including CBVMP, Content Providers, and digital partners
∎ Advance knowledge of Revenue Assurance and Risk Management
∎ Details understanding of product/pricing/sales/activation related to BTRC regulations
∎ Advance knowledge on large data migration
∎ Advance knowledge on analysis using tools such as Business Objects, SQL, and Big data
∎ Advance Programming knowledge, Shell Scripting, Php, C++, and Java will be treated as added advantages
∎ RAFM experience will be considered as added advantages
∎ Experience in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
