∎ Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
∎ Cross-sell products
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Retail Manager
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services
∎ Improve the service standards and customers' experiences at the retail shop
∎ Assist in product sourcing to meet customers' demands
∎ Responsible to control costs and upkeep the image of the retail shop
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
