Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ A diploma in hotel management from any reputed educational institution will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, property appearance, and cost control.
∎ Maintained online food service and ensure all responsibility.
∎ Ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance all areas of the restaurant including Chinese Thai, Traditional cuisine, etc.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in a secured manner.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.
∎ Respond to customer queries and complaints.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety environment.
∎ Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Maintain liaison With Customer Suppliers and Vendors.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Hotel Management
