Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, English Language, Email Communications, Internet browsing & online work ability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the customer side regarding all issues (customer questions, inquiries, and complaints)
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients to solve any issues/queries and make phone calls to potential clients.
∎ Provide a response within the required time frame.
∎ Maintain a record of all booking and accuracy in same.
∎ Follow-up instruction of department head.
∎ Support the management and administrator.
∎ Work ethic & the desire to learn and grow with the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 11500 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Credit card, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
