Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the customer side regarding all issues (customer questions, inquiries, and complaints)
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients to solve any issues/queries and make phone calls to potential clients.
∎ Provide a response within the required time frame.
∎ Maintain a record of all booking and accuracy in same.
∎ Follow-up instruction of department head.
∎ Support the management and administrator.
∎ Work ethic & the desire to learn and grow with the company.
∎ Create and support the organization in building and maintaining a professional network within the B2B agencies.
∎ Deliver a high level of customer service at all times including responding to inquiries from patrons regarding ticket needs, complaints, and other issues.
∎ Ensure on-time updates on the software booking information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Credit card, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
