Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support and guide engineers to develop quality ideas from scratch, and help them prepare relevant documentations for filing patents.
∎ Analyzing and reporting on complex technical information from patent database/tech-based magazine/journals/news-sites.
∎ Assessing the novelty, usefulness, and business impact of inventions and provide appropriate feedback to inventors to improve patentability.
∎ Provide Knowledge Sharing Sessions on different technologies in line with Samsung.
∎ Prepare periodic "Technology Survey Reports".
∎ Provide support for misc. tasks including, but not limited to, managing innovation sessions, events & workshops.
