Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of test reports majorly focusing on client specification,
∎ International Methods, and regulatory requirements with relevant communications with labs & customers.
∎ Thoroughly checking the raw data and finalizing it.
∎ Ensuring the proper transfer of data to the final report.
∎ Ensuring that the final report is generated according to the customer's requirements and specifications.
∎ Ensuring the quality of test results as well as the report.
∎ Ensuring that the report is generated in the customer's report format. Ensuring the proper transfer of data/information from the test requisition form to the customer report.
∎ Coordinating with laboratory staff members regarding test-related matters.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the tests and liaising with the Laboratory Supervisor to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.
∎ Registering the received complaints and recording the corrective and preventive actions.
