- Age 28 to 35 years
Minimum 3–6 years’ banking experience, preferably in SME business development and credit management
Sound knowledge of SME financing policies and regulatory frameworks
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Result-driven and self-motivated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc
Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates
Job location: Head Office, Dhaka and selective branches across Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and acquire new SME clients for funded and non-funded facilities.
Prepare quality credit proposals and ensure proper assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
Manage loan portfolio with emphasis on asset quality and timely recovery.
Achieve business targets related to asset, liability, and cross-selling.
Maintain regular client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and regulatory requirements
