Responsibilities & Context:
- Require a result driven Relationship Officer/Manager to serve Student File clients and maintain good relationship with student counseling agencies.
- Achieve individual business targets by opening new student files and renewing existing ones.
- Process student file-related payments in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with student counseling agencies.
- Act as a one-stop service provider, ensuring end-to-end communication and support for student file services.
- Maintain high service standards, ensure due diligence, and oversee smooth operational delivery.
- Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the bank’s offerings as well as competitors’ products and services.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Report any compliance-related issues to the appropriate channel immediately.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and actively contribute as a team member at the Student Center.
