• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field (Bank, Student agencies, Foreign University liaison office etc.).

• Require a result driven Relationship Officer/Manager to serve Student File clients and maintain good relationship with student counseling agencies.
• Achieve individual business targets by opening new student files and renewing existing ones.
• Process student file-related payments in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with student counseling agencies.
• Act as a one-stop service provider, ensuring end-to-end communication and support for student file services.
• Maintain high service standards, ensure due diligence, and oversee smooth operational delivery.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on the bank’s offerings as well as competitors’ products and services.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Report any compliance-related issues to the appropriate channel immediately.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and actively contribute as a team member at the Student Center.
