∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete client data into the CRM system.
∎ Analysis of client's data and finding a lender solution.
∎ Preparing and submitting loan applications so that the loan file meets loan policy guidelines while monitoring and actively managing the loan submission.
∎ Liaising with both clients and panel lenders during the loan application process.
∎ Adhering to our high level of compliance standards as set by our office and the finance industry.
∎ Manage clients and guide them to success - manage diaries.
∎ Supporting other team members in their roles during busy times.
∎ A minimum of two years of exposure to lending in the banking or finance industry.
∎ A positive attitude with an absolute customer-centric approach.
∎ Good knowledge of Maths.
∎ Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
∎ Superior communication skills in ENGLISH, both verbal and written; you will be communicating with Australian clients so only apply for the role if you are confident.
∎ Must be prepared to work towards Industry qualifications that become integral to the job role.
∎ Good quality computer skills are a must.
∎ Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 08.00 am - 05.00 pm (With 1-hour lunch break)
∎ Friday 08.00 am - 1.00 pm
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
