Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ North South University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, diplomatice approach, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, HR and compliance, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Management, HR Operations, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and dealing with day to day HR operations/issues of the Office as and when required
∎ Checking daily attendance of employees and report accordingly
∎ Ensure proper management, monitoring and record keeping of employee training
∎ Monitor KPI, Analyze individual performance, take the necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency
∎ Monitoring and maintaining extra duty records of concerned employees and report accordingly
∎ Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process (from generating Circular to On-boarding/Joining)
∎ Processing formalities and documentations for job confirmation of employees
∎ Assist in documentation works as per requirements (i.e. Employee Joining, On-boarding/Orientation, Disciplinary action, Investigation)
∎ Preparing Reports in Monthly basis
∎ Coordinate Employee Training Needs Assessment and Training Program when required
∎ Assist in documentation works related to Admin when required
∎ Monitoring internal compliance according to Company Policy, Procedures and Guidelines and report as and when required
∎ Ensure proper HR review & organogram to place right person to the right place in light of the strategic plan of the organization
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority
∎ Look after company's day to day Training Schedule, administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management, rent & utilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have the ability to work with a team in a friendly environment & show diplomatic attitude towards all to be equal & even. Candidate has to have swift & Smart adaptive capability.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable based on experience. Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 08.00 am - 05.00 pm (With 1-hour lunch break) Friday 08.00 am - 1.00 pm
