Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good in Presentation & talking
∎ Maintain relationships with all customers, resellers..
∎ Excel database maintaining
∎ Call follow up
∎ Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives.
∎ Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
∎ Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
∎ Generate leads, and build & nurture client relationships.
∎ Control quality of the sales operations and collaborate with other departments to successfully onboard and ensure the delivery of a project responsibly.
∎ Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
∎ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to overcome them.
∎ Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
∎ Must be fluent in English and bengali.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Superb leadership ability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years

∎ Manage incoming calls and outgoing calls with social media interaction
∎ Provide online counseling for students and clients
∎ Generate sales leads & identify the problems
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
∎ Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
