Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new Business opportunities for the bank to ensure a profitable portfolio.
∎ Identify the target market, develop new business to enrich the portfolio, pursue growth opportunity and increase wallet size share of existing business.
∎ Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earnings opportunities.
∎ Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and to ensure high quality asset.
∎ Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality asset to the bank's portfolio, improve profitability by earning more fee based income.
∎ Demonstrate pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital budget.
∎ Ensure a healthy portfolio spread for minimizing the risk associated and optimizing profitability of business.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in credit and business function
∎ Hands on in credit memo preparation
∎ Understanding of the commercial banking industry and specific markets related to the SME Business accounts
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Strong leadership & negotiation skills
