Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Portfolio Management & Business Growth: Manage and grow the existing SME & Agri portfolio of the branch. Acquire new SME & Agri business to meet and exceed branch budget and KPIs. Maintain a target-driven approach to achieve business goals.
∎ Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure due diligence and full compliance with central bank regulations on CMSME, Agri, Rescheduling, & Refinance. Maintain strong monitoring capabilities to track portfolio health and mitigate risks.
∎ Customer Relationship & Communication: Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Engage with clients to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
∎ Operational & Strategic Execution: Handle challenging SME & Agri business budgets while managing daily activities. Be flexible and ready to work in any location across the country.
