Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Masters
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master’s/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or relevant business discipline

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in supply chain financing / SME or Corporate Banking

• Candidates having at least 03 years’ experience in Factoring and Distributor Finance will get preference

• Sound understanding of factoring, distributor and supply chain finance

• Strong negotiation, client relationship, and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure with integrity and professionalism

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc

• Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates

• Develop and manage Factoring and Distributor Finance clients

• Evaluate financial and operational performance of distributors/suppliers

• Structure, process, and monitor factoring and receivable financing facilities

• Maintain relationship with corporate anchors and business partners

• Ensure portfolio quality, timely collection, and compliance with internal policies
